I think all of this is a good call to pay attention on what's going on through the community. I could also recall that I have been doing stuff from my own budget and then raise my hand and say I have more rights or more decision taking than others. That's not nice to be honest even though I have been putting efforts on things. 
I think we should acknowledge the pros and cons, take notes of what members have been paying from their own budget and give straight solutions. 
It's true that contributors struggle for donations. We don't even know who donates for a Monero proposal, but the issue is that proposals only go through to those who in this chat think is important and what is not, that's what I'm against. This LLC thing could help gain more public attention by help us pay attention to whom are donating and to what. That way we could even understand how the community is forwarding development and if we see bias have the possibility to catch it, but the board should and must be decentralized. Meaning sgp_, needsmoney90, and rehrar shouldn't be the three board members.
