Isn't it funny we have to provide something to rpmcc node?
Or we don't have?
It's not like we can reference rpmcc clock inside rpmcc(or can we?)
Passing xo_board into rpmcc allows it to get clock up and be able to consume by others via rpmcc, still we need some kind of fixed-clock
