bshephar: my struggles to get a minimum stack operational continue https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1975772
After managing to deploy the nodes, I have the issue that I cannot do  any operations, everything giving `Gateway Timeout (HTTP 504)` or similar issues.
- The overclouds can communicate with each other no issue, but all of the `port list` except for the main `ctlplane` ones are marked as down.
- Validations fail, but they are not instructive as to why/how to fix.
- Containers are unhealthy, even though the validator doesn't pick it up, e.g.: `cinder_scheduler`, `heat_engine`, `nova_conductor`, `nova_scheduler` on controller node.
