"According to Phoronix, Bullseye will not support the older big-endian 32-bit MIPS architectures." Well, there goes some of the SGI workstations that came with IRIX. SGI really hit the skids when Microsoft convinced them to do those stupid x86 Windows 2000 workstations with the special SGI firmware that wasn't a BIOS. Then Microsoft made Windows XP incompatible with those firmwares so all you could do is keep Windows 2000 or switch to Linux. I think that the support for those firmwares was actually dropped from Linux some time ago, but it was part of what I disabled support for in my custom kernel branch for my PCs.
