Yes but if I for example have
/root folder/folder I want to sync 1/subfolder 1/file 1
and 
/root folder/folder I want to sync 2/subfolder 1/file 1
Where there's both folder and file have the same name, but are actually different files
and I do ls it shows something like /ipfs-sync/subfolder 1
I just want to be sure that there will be no problem with that because it would have the same path in ls even though it's different stuff
