hkaiser: hey, i was going through the references you sent 
and i was trying to understand the PR #2330, seems that was done five years back
and went to the older commit and try to understand something.
but i was not able to figure out whats actually happening.
in libs/parallelism/algorithms/include/hpx/parallel/datapar if i am not wrong, the 
headers in this folder are used to implement datapar right?
