Hrm. From my history, I have:

fastboot -w --skip-reboot update s6nyv1s6n0dailm919jymbi3nrzi62d7-redfin-img-2021.04.06.05.zip
```
And the `-w` is wipe userdata.  I'll take better notes and see if I can reproduce it.
