Everything that comes out of Microsoft is "horrific" in some sense of the word.

Windows 10 mainly because it was intended to act more like firmware than an OS, and failed badly at that, and now has the "firmware" bits as vestigial organs.

Windows 10 in "It's like a Chromebook....that's powered by a 533 Mhz Celeron from 1999....locked to Bong search.....without any legitimate apps." mode didn't quite win anyone over.

But it's still at Walmart, iirc.
