matsaman:  For keyboard: input source (can't switch from EN -> BG). 
For touchpad: tap-to-drag and tap-to-click settings do not get applied to the external touchpad. 

The fix is by toggling them with gsettings. For example:

gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad tap-and-drag true
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.peripherals.touchpad tap-and-drag false

For the keyboard the fix is adding and removing the second input source.
