Have an xmr note with e.g a 1 xmr bill

Bill would have a lottery ticket scratch off thing (not sure of the specific word for this) that would reveal a private key for a paper wallet with the amount denoted by the bill

Revealing the key would make the note worthless as it would be assumed that the wallet had been sweeped
