The Microsoft media are really pitching Microsoft Chromium + Telemetry Spyware + Bing.
It only took them 5 years to admit they're not that important anymore and that you can have a Chromebook-like experience, plus crashes and spyware.
And now there are three different web browsers you can't remove from Windows and two are legacy and won't get major updates (one since 2015).
So now there is IE for those corporate intranet hells that have been mummified and frozen in time, Edge for "Universal Windows Apps" that nobody really cares about, and Chromium Edge that you're supposed to browse with.
