* Really......quotation marks are required?
I had some trouble flashing with Windows 10 also, never did get it to work despite assistance by pm with one of the very knowledgeable from here.  
I eventually did get it done on my own using Ubuntu 18.04.....and not by following GOS instructions. 
So maybe some extra simple notes could be added like......with quotation marks. 
Not everyone flashing GOS is a developer or programmer. 
I know the instructions are very simple and have seen it said here many times.....just follow the instructions exactly. 
But honestly, hardly a day goes by without someone reporting an installation issue. 
If instructions could be written for stupid, (talking about me here) am sure the developers and programmers would get it too. 
My rant for today, ban if you wish.
