Has anyone had the lckscreen be delayed and show the active window underneath?

I had element open and use a pin so it was on the pin window when my phone locked.

A few mins later,  when I swiped up to get the login window, for a split second, the active element pin login window showed before the GOS/AOSP login window covered.
 
It was long enough I could acquire data off the window.

I typically have seen this with the shitty xscreen lckscrn  in linux.
