1) I pin /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org on my home node
2) It downloads 20GiB of data
3) pin stuck on:  Fetched/Processed 95036 nodes   for like two days now
4) Restart ipfs. 20GiB deleted (--enable-gc, ugh)
5) pin /ipns/hpkg.haiku-os.org again
6) 24 hours later, 22 GiB of data in repo.
7) pin once again stuck on:  "Fetched/Processed 95036 nodes"
