Even with low/high of 10/50 it still spikes up to a few hundred peers occasionally, after some time my router'll say nope and reboot for a few minutes (sigh)

I'm having two of my own nodes up on the internet which I do connect to, worst case I'll have to play around with relaying.
Either way I'm having up to a hundred peers right now anyway even with QUIC only.
