Eickmeyer: If you're still here, I've a couple of questions:
* how is lv2vst meant to be used? It seems to ship just a `.so` and the description says “you shouldn't use this, it should only be for packagers”. Maybe a README.Debian would be in order?
* You've got the license of lib/pthreads-w32 wrong (it's LGPL-2+ rather than GPL-2+),
* Is there a Debian ITP? Is there any reason there shouldn't be?
