Hello, I'm new to xmonad (just switched from bspwm) and I found it being pretty nice, but I have some issues :

- Multiples commands i've put to autostart doesn't start, even if I put them all in a script, only few ones gets launched (for example, stalonetray isn't started, but element and xmobar does, and they're all in the same simple script)

- I can't find any working solution to un-float my windows + I'd like to use Mod + Space to toggle betweed floating and tilling

- I've tried to stop the focus being stolen when my mouse goes on another window, without success

- I tried multiple ways to start xmonad in grid mode by default, but nothing worked
