Probably best to just connect your phone wallet to a remote node you control when needed.
This works well with Monerujo (over ssh tunnel) and latest version can also connect to a Tor hidden service.
I'm assuming the GUI on Android would also work, but haven't tried.
Is hyc running the GUI or cli wallet on Android?
