Microsoft Edge using Chromium is just another attempt by their dirty tricks squad. They want an engine that's modern, standards compliant, and where other people do the heavy lifting, but they packed it so full of spyware and throw bing in your face whether you want it or not that you shouldn't use it. There are two excellent browsers based on Chromium that are much better. Brave and Vivaldi. Each one kind of went their own way with things. Brave is better for privacy and performance, and it's open source, while Vivaldi is proprietary but clear winner on the user interface in my opinion. On the whole, I'd say both are better than Google Chrome, but Brave wins because of privacy and speed.
