Believe it or not, I actually checked to see if pinging strcat would run awry of the posted rules. See for yourself. There's nothing about pinging devs, just about trolling and bikeshedding. Therefore I assume the devs are friendly and like to be pinged unless one shows up and says "please don't ping me."
