carloss: hello, After this change merged.https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/manila/+/847399 seems have problem with my zuul.  I see your change add new project-template. so I add it like follow in zuu/project.yaml. 
 - openstack/manila-tempest-plugin:
              include:
              - job
              - project-template
but have error. **it show Job manila-tempest-plugin-standalone-base not defined.**  ,my job is child of this. I'd say it's stange, After I reboot my zuul. This job reappears in my zuul job
