Hello, I have a trouble with USB. If you know how to fix, bit thanks. Maybe this's basic level.

#Details:
I finished to install GrapheneOS to my Pixel 4a via WEB installer with my Windows-10(64bit) (4 days ago, then almost latest). After installing OS and many other 3rd party APPs, I found I can charge  but can't can't change USB mode from charging to OTP.

#NOW:
USB options are greyed out in settings when I connect with PC, default USB config options in dev settings have no affect (, I'm using two fresh data cable packed with Pixel 4a), no notification shows up when cable plugged in for selecting options, as if I was just plugging into the wall, tried turning on adb, no affect, tried reboot, no affect. (I did not try USB c flash drives.)
And Windows  shows error "USB Device Malfunctioned and Not Recognized ", then I installed "Google USB Driver" to my Windows, but no affect (and tried turning on adb, no affect). I checed many posts, and found some posts told about similar problem that is occured on Factory ROM (those OS version is after Ver.10. )
