Donations to churches have collapsed more than half, overall, with people not facing the scrutiny of their fellow churchgoers and missing out on their weekly in-person brainwashing session. Church was in as much of an overbuilt situation in America as retail was. 

In Gallup's tracking poll, between 1991 and last year, the percentage of Americans with no religion went from 6% to 26%, and while some churches closed, others had just been teetering on the edge waiting for something like this. 

Since Trump's National Day of Prayer and Kenneth Copeland Blows America, a further 50,000 Americans have died of COVID-19, and we still aren't anywhere close to the end of it.

Now that many of the Republicans have tuned into Sanity FM (even if it's a little staticy) and know that this is an 18 month problem.....Instead of tossing it in the plate at church and commenting on their favorite local news channel wondering if they should buy one $1,200 hooker or 1,200 $1 hookers with a little bit of their own money that came back after Trump gave banks, cruise lines, hotels, and airlines that proceeded to fire people anyway $3 trillion, including $9 million to Harvard and $6 million to Shake Shack, they're going "Oh crap!".
