got it booting using kernel from https://build.merproject.org/project/show/nemo:testing:hw:x86:x86-common, but no gui. after struggling with it for some time, giving up with qemu for now and will do something else. if someone wants to continue the struggle:

- used nemo_clean_release.ks
- added repo --name=kernel --baseurl=http://repo.merproject.org/obs/nemo:/testing:/hw:/x86:/x86-common/latest_i486/
repo --name=jolla --baseurl=https://releases.jolla.com/releases/3.3.0.16/jolla/i486/ to KS
- dropped pine packages and added instead:

lipstick crashing despite used /var/lib/environment mods (took from qemu of sfos emulator, for example)
