1. make node maintainer team, add code owners for node-packages.nix
3. add documentation to CONTRIBUTING that explains that people must not include their node-packages.nix changes in their PRsregenerating nodePackages.nix
5. Make a script that generates node-packages.nix from node branch and merges into
