I was aware that atleast with BitSwap you can see the "want list" I also looked if BitSwap has a facility to specifiy "I don't want" list, but could not see any. I am doing a survey of IPFS for a school assignment so basically need to understand as much as possible of the moving parts and how it can be used for things like privacy, resistance to regulation, legal issues like copyright infringement, security issues like malware, resiliency to attacks etc etc
