Just looked at the release party schedule and have 2 comments. 
1. After introductions ( I assume this is personnel) , think it will be useful to add an item which talks about what Hamara is. This may help 1st time participants. 
2. From previous conversations I think Vik wanted to join via jitsi.  If this is still the case maybe we need to give him  a window in the agenda.
