@fluffypony there was some disagreement over the hardfork options:

(1) Have a regular harkfork in March. Delay the inclusion of single and multi-output bulletproofs to the September hardfork.

(2) Push back the March hardfork until single-outputs bulletproofs are audited (around May-June, but this is a guess), and hardfork in September with multi-output.

(3) Have the normal hardfork in March, add another one when single-output bulletproofs are audited (around May-June, but this is a guess), and hardfork in September with multi-output.
