Facebook blocked Go Live in Firefox and says try using it in the latest version of Chrome.

Installing the user agent switcher extension and overriding the user agent for Facebook 
domains as "Chrome 70 on Windows, and Live Video works in Firefox again.
 
 In other words, it works fine but Facebook hates Free and Open Source Software, so they blocked it for no reason.
