Interestingly, running blkid from the guixsd install environment yields:
/dev/sr0: UUID="1970-01-01-19-41-16-79" LABEL="GUIXSD_IMAGE" TYPE="iso9660" PTTYPE="PMBR"

I.e. no 3s...
So I have no clue why the grub.cfg on the iso actually works..?
