At the very least, even if you had nothing to worry about (or 
thought you didn't....remember there are 40,000 FEDERAL crimes to go 
along with any your state or local government has) from the government, 
it's still using computer resources that belong to you (which would be 
theft of services if you hadn't agreed to it in the license....you did 
read the license...?), to send to advertisers.
