Okay, not sure how to handle this but will give out my comments. 
Crypto development has a huge risk. We need to understand those risks and try to handle them properly. 
Money might be the issue, but up until when we are going to cover shortfalls and to convenience. 
Some CCS proposals are not fully supported by the community (merged for funding) but we do have a special "A" of.proposals. I don't think those things should be not considered when trying to cover a shortfall.
