The Republicans like to call themselves
 Originalists and Textualists, but the fact is they are not. An 
Originalist would say that the Constitution never gave them judicial 
review in the first place and would need to resign from the court, and a
 Textualist would actually base their rulings on what the law and the 
Constitution gave us, and that's so clearly not what happened with 
Scalia, Kavanaugh, Thomas, etc.
