1. Download the latest build of Hamara Sugam - http://in.devel.hamaralinux.org/iso/testing/hamara-sugam/amd64/current/hamara-sugam-live-2.0-final-amd64.iso

2. Create a Virtual Machine using the downloaded ISO. You can use KVM or VirtualBox. I'd recommend using KVM
