I have node A running locally in a Docker instance on a friend's computer in North Carolina
I have node B running locally in  a Docker instnance on my computer in Texas. 

Node A adds a file to IPFS (pins it) and I try to retrieve it on my Node B. 

However I cannot retrieve it after waiting 1-10 minutes. 

What am i missing here?
