I really would rather stay with the pre-compiled kernel for a number of reasons.
one, is that I don't have the faintest clue on which tools would be needed in order to do that.
two, recompiling on an arm sbc takes like forever...
three, it would be more difficult to maintain it if i later run into any problems.
