Hello!
I was looking up the helpers, I have a few concerns:
1. Styling is a part of the html files.
2. Spaces are very inconsistent in many config files and scripts.
3. Different types of data is cluttered in the same directory e.g. https://git.hamaralinux.org/hamara-developers/hamara-helpers/tree/hamara-sugam/DATA/mate-backgrounds/hamara
Maybe we could have had `images`, `config` folders in here to segregate them and make directory structure more readable.

Should these be taken care of? Thoughts?
These might be very good and easy opportunities for beginners to contribute.
