hey are there any cases for which DOMWindowcreated event is not fired for window element

for example DOMWindowcreatead is not fired when a dialog is created

so is there any case, e.g., some special attribute or something for which this event is not fired

It looks like the window created by Services.wm.getMostRecentWindow, might be one of those cases
