* i have updated my branch:

- reverted tp femtophy
- added touchscreen and backlight control for riva
- dropped camss demosaic and vfe stat patches
- fixed style issues in dts

What is still missing couple panel drivers (riva, rolex, santoni could share the drivers) and lk2nd support with panel selection
