Hi. At the university library, we use Koha.

The original install was Koha 21.11, with ElasticSearch 6, but a couple of months ago we switched to Koha 23.05.01.000, with ElasticSearch 7.17.11. The transition took place with a full installation of the server and Koha, with a preliminary backup of the database. After installing Koha 23.05.01.000, we imported the old database into it and, following the documentation, updated the database schema for the new version of Koha.

Everything works fine, but Elasticsearch does not index new bibliographic and authority records. Indexing is only possible manually, $ koha-elasticsearch --rebuild -d libraryname.

Unfortunately, the cause has not yet been found out. I ask for advice on where to look for solutions. Thank you.
