I made the `/dev/` folder for us to do testing
when we're happy with the dev files, we can copy them to the regular install files
feel free to update 22.04 metadata and replace the regular installer
EXPERT mode allows selecting alternate firmwares, which isn't ideal to ROS support, but that community should be able to handle this
