Hello together  i wanted to upgrade an instance to the most recent version and got the following error:

ERROR - {UNKNOWN}: Circulation rules contain invalid monetary values:
Rule ID: 27 (All-All-All) 	Rule: overduefinescap	Value: 0,00
Rule ID: 31 (All-EMPL-All) 	Rule: overduefinescap	Value: 0,00

How do i change the oderduefinescap value in sql? It seems that i cant edit it in koha itself. And i dont find the column in the sql
