hi I installed koha 22.11 on ubuntu using the package for Debian (https://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Koha_on_Debian).
I wanted to set up automatic backups using the "koha-run-backups" command.
However, it's not entirely clear to me how the command works:
1) can I just run the command as root and the backup will start, or do I also need to set something in the system crontab?
2) How often (and when) is the backup performed?
3)  What to do if I want to stop automatic backup?
