I'd like to help out with the project "adapt Zanata translations to Weblate" that is posted here: https://governance.openstack.org/tc/reference/upstream-investment-opportunities/2023/translations-infrastructure.html .

I'm not familiar with Zanata however I'm a bit familiar with Weblate. Any guidance or direction will be most appreciated.
