based on (max_target_zorder+1) inside downstream mdss_mdp.c 8x76 should probably define 5

and for 8916 kernel code appears to not have VER106 inside initcaps so it probably initialize default which is not MAX this time but STAGE_4 which should be 5 like it was before.
