Hi all. Having difficulty installing multiple instances and not finding any answers elsewhere online. On a fresh install on Ubuntu Server 22.04, the first instance is created without any problems (using koha-create --create-db). However, any new instances created give me "Internal server error" as soon as I try to access the web installer.

Logs show errors relating to missing database tables, but since the database would only be set up via the web installer (which isn't coming up) this seems nonsensical. Apache logs show no errors.

Even attempting to remove all instances and start again, I get the same internal server error on creating the new instance. A complete purge and reinstall of koha packages then allows me to install a first instance again without any problems, but again get the same error on any subsequent attempts.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
