 * These instructions do work, but #4 seems to be that you add the full path of each individual plugin in koha-conf, which is slightly different than what Paul suggests that you can have just one folder there with multiple repos in it

The only other thing that the instructions could be updated to help beginners like me is to make clear where to edit the koha-conf.xml file. It's probably obvious to some but it took me a little while to figure out it's not the file in the Koha code repo koha/etc/koha-conf.xml it's in the container system file /etc/koha/sites/kohadev/koha-conf.xml
