It is advisable not to run devstack on a bare machine but better to run it inside a virtual machine
I am still new here since i am an outreachy applicant so i maybe wrong

However, i wouldn't wish to run the whole devstack but i wish to only run horizon because i am using a 4th gen i3 so i suspect things getting messy or very slow when i run them inside the server
