I was setting up VPNaaS on a test-bed cluster and stumbled over an error. Following the documentation [1] after vpn service create the stays on PENDING_CREATE and the neutron log contain the following error:

    ovsdbapp.backend.ovs_idl.idlutils.RowNotFound: Cannot find Logical_Router_Port with name=lrp-658529de-f9c1-4f09-8780-1e576853e601

So did set up a devstack containing the vpnaas plugin using the suggested configuration [2] and could reproduce the very same error. Any hints?
