I'm trying to prepare a plan for Bug 19822 to move ILL configs from koha-conf.xml to sys prefs.
These 2 configs: **staff_request_comments** and **reply_date** are only used in _censor method in Koha::Illrequest::Config but this _censor is not used anywhere else is Koha.
I've checked FreeForm, BLDSS, Libris, Koha2Koha and NNCIPP and none of these backends are using this either.
Anyone able to confirm this? Would it make sense to remove these instead of moving them into sys prefs?
